MTN Delivery and Receipt Issue |

We are aware that some SMS messages are experiencing delays in delivery, and that delivery receipts are also being delayed. We are actively engaging with MTN to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. At this stage, the issue appears to be network-wide and is affecting multiple services including their Cell Network. Our technical teams remain in regular contact with MTN and are closely monitoring the situation. We will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available or the issue has been resolved.
